I've decided to try and keep myself in check and use this blog to help me with my weight loss. The weight I've gained with my third pregnancy is not coming off like it did with the first two. In fact, after each child it seems to have gotten harder to lose weight. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older, if I'm busier with the kids, or some other factor that is contributing to my lack of weight loss. I do know that I need to take it more seriously. And I cannot make excuses! I will not let my back pain get in the way (that's a story for another time.) So, I'm going to keep a food and exercise journal on here. I know that maybe the 1 person (hi Amanda) that reads this will keep me to it, right?

Ha! Most definitely! I'll do it with you! I haven't been working as hard as I should either, and I agree that it is a lot harder to do the third time than the first two! I don't think I tried at all with the first two, so maybe it's the suddenly slow metabolism once we hit 30 that's making it tough?
