Food blog

1 cup of coffee with milk (ran out of coconut milk.)
1 slice of whole grain toast with natural peanut butter

6 bottles of water

Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread
Handful of kettle chips

Iced coffee (this one was in a can, I got it for free)

2 Lorna Doones
Handful of parmesan goldfish

Grilled chicken breast
Veggie rice

Decaf iced coffee with sugar free whipped cream and a small scoop of chocolate ice cream


Activity/exercise

Walked mall with Carter and Emmy in stroller.
Played Dance Central on the Kinect.
Did the Emmy arm exercises that I did yesterday.
Did crunches with Emmy. I moved her from side to side while I crunched.
